Ramp is seeking a London-based BDR Manager to lead and coach a European BDR team, defining ramp motion across the UK and Europe. You will recruit, train, and drive prospecting initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executives to scale Ramp’s presence.

You’ll be a player-coach, shaping ICP, messaging, and playbooks while contributing hands-on to priority prospecting efforts in a fast-paced setting.
