EU BDR Manager: Lead Frontline Growth & Playbook

Ramp is hiring the first BDR Manager in our London office to lead the onsite team building Ramp’s presence across Europe. In this fast‑moving front-line role you’ll coach Business Development Representatives and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and the executive team to define and scale Ramp’s BDR motion across the UK and Europe.

This is a player‑coach role: you will lead from the front, contribute to prospecting initiatives, and help recruit and develop the team.
