EU Compensation & Pay Transparency Lead (6-Month FTC)

Michael Page HR is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager for a 6-month FTC to lead EU-wide pay strategies and UK gender pay reporting. Hybrid working in the UK with a Bicester office footprint.

You will drive end-of-year compensation planning, job levelling, and pay-range management, while coordinating with Employment Tax, Payroll and People Ops to ensure data governance and compliance.
