Europe Compliance Lead - FCA & SMCR Expert

InfraRed Capital Partners is seeking a Head of Europe Compliance to lead the compliance function for a global platform across Europe. You will ensure regulated activities comply with laws, advise on regulatory interpretations, and manage relationships with the FCA and other authorities.

You will serve as FCA-approved SMF16 and/or SMF17, lead the UK team, oversee UK/Europe distribution compliance, and support product launches, fundraising, and changes to the control environment with robust policy
