Europe People Director: Growth & Leadership

Indicium AI is seeking a People Director to lead our Europe business through its next growth phase. You will work with our European leadership team to shape the business, build leadership capability, retain exceptional talent, and evolve our People strategy to stay ahead of the curve.

The role will lead the People team across the UK and Portugal, connect Europe to Indicium AI’s global strategy, and influence senior leaders while maintaining structure without bureaucracy.
