Europe Platform Compliance Lead

Wise is seeking a Compliance Lead for the European Platform to design, scale, and execute its financial crime framework across Belgium and Europe. You will lead onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and risk decisions for partner integrations at scale.

You will coach teams, defend risk appetite to regulators and partners, and drive cross-functional oversight across Product, Risk, and Compliance to ensure compliant growth.
