European ER Leader - Policy & Investigations

March Recruitment is seeking a European Employee Relations Manager to own complex ER casework, influence HR policy across Europe, and partner with international teams and senior stakeholders across multiple countries, functions and time zones.

Based in Chertsey with a hybrid working policy, the role will lead investigations, support policy rollout, and ensure compliant ER practice across Europe while coordinating with Works Councils and regional HR teams.
