Location: Morley, LS27
Are you an experienced European Road Freight Coordinator looking to join an established international freight forwarding businesses. We’re recruiting on behalf of a client with an outstanding reputation for investing in its people, offering long-term career development, modern systems, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end European Road Import and Export shipments, ensuring customers receive a first-class service from collection through to final delivery.
- Coordinate European Road freight import and export shipments.
- Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements.
- Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams.
- Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation.
- Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations.
- Previous experience within European Road Freight.
- Import and Export experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
- Customs knowledge would be advantageous.
