European Hotels & Living Development Director

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a European Development Director for Hotels & Living Sectors based in London with a pan-European remit. The role leads development oversight across a diverse portfolio, spanning hotel and living sectors, including PBSA, housing and senior living.

The candidate will work with the European investment team and senior management to drive strategy, manage risk, and advance acquisitions, planning and delivery across Europe. Fluency in another language is advantageous.
