European Production Lead & Executive Producer

TM UK (Web) is seeking a Production Lead or Executive Producer to establish and lead a modern European production capability for an in-house content studio. The 12-month freelance role starts January 2027, inside IR35, with three office days per week in London at c£500 a day.

You will determine the right approach for each project, balancing quality, speed, creativity and cost, and build a robust network of production partners across Europe while guiding a Content Producer.
