Hines seeks an experienced lawyer to support its European business, focusing on structuring, negotiation and management of joint ventures, investment arrangements and related transactional documentation.

You will work with the investment, development, asset management and finance teams, coordinating with external counsel across multiple European jurisdictions to provide commercially focused legal advice throughout the lifecycle of European joint ventures and investments.
