European VAT Compliance & Reporting Associate Director

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director within the Global VAT Compliance & Reporting (GVCR) team to lead complex VAT compliance, e‑invoicing and reporting across the UK, EU and global markets.

You will develop technical policy guidance, produce client‑facing updates, and contribute to business development. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong project management, and collaboration across the RSM network.
