EV Charging Support Advisor – 6-Month FTC

SWARCO Smart Charging in Dundee is looking for a Customer Support Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the first contact for EV drivers and ChargePoint Owners, providing customer support, basic technical help, and administrative coordination to keep the ChargePlace Scotland network running smoothly.

Based at our Operations Centre, you’ll work a 37.5-hour week on a rolling rota, with full training provided to develop in a growing, innovative industry.
