Evening Chef: Craft Dishes in a Busy Contract Kitchen

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a passionate part-time Chef to join our contract catering team at Manchester Arndale. You’ll work 18:00–23:30 from Thursday to Sunday, preparing meals to meet site standards and quality with the culinary team.

You should have proven chef experience, a Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality (or equivalent), and strong teamwork, listening and communication skills. A City & Guilds/BTEC/NVQ at basic level is preferred, with a food hygiene Level 2 qualification desirable.
