Evening Residential Care Team Lead

InFocus Charity is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality care for young people with vision impairment and complex needs at our Exeter campus. You will manage the Residential Care team, coordinate staffing, and lead activities and events in the community, while ensuring person-centred, safe care.

You will supervise, support onboarding, and promote continuous improvements, with a strong focus on safeguarding and collaborative working with families and colleagues.
