Evening Store Team Leader: Customer Service & Growth

Co-op in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small team in a busy store, including possible post office/bakery duties. The role is 14 hours per week with regular overtime, on a permanent part‑time contract, at £14.48 per hour.

You will manage day-to-day operations on shifts, coach your team, work on tills and merchandising, and support stock control while promoting Co‑op membership in the community.
