Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, decorations, and ensuring all serving areas are immaculate.
• Assist with clearing tables, replenishing food and drink, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event venue throughout service.
• Follow instructions from the event supervisor or catering manager regarding service protocols and guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and professionally.
• Pack down event spaces post-event, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and the venue is left tidy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality or events, is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Reliability and punctuality are paramount for event schedules.
