Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and arrangement of event spaces, including tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Replenish food and drink stations as required, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
• Clear tables and manage the removal of dirty dishes and waste.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and helpful way.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event areas throughout the service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is desirable but not essential.
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
