You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and delivering seamless catering services for a variety of events, from corporate functions to private parties. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of catering for events, including menu selection, staffing, and logistics.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Supervise on-site catering staff during events, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to timelines, and high standards of presentation.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for all catered functions.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team and post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management or catering coordination, preferably within a managerial capacity.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Experience with budget management and cost control in an events context.
