You will be responsible for leading a team of catering staff, ensuring impeccable service delivery, and maintaining the high standards expected by clients. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff during events, ensuring efficient setup, service, and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs and requests promptly.
• Ensure all food and beverage service standards are met, including presentation and hygiene.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management for events.
