Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensure all food and beverages are presented attractively and served according to company standards and client specifications.
• Manage the timely replenishment of food and beverages, maintaining stock levels during service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory checks and reporting of stock usage and wastage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality supervisory role is essential.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service operations and event execution.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules.
