You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, coordinate with the culinary team, and oversee on-site execution. Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to understand their catering needs, preferences, and event details.
- Develop event timelines, staffing plans, and logistical arrangements for all catering functions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
- Oversee on-site event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of event supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or management within the catering or hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
