About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine event needs, objectives, and budget requirements.
• Plan and execute all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and staffing.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within a venue or agency setting.
