You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of various functions, ensuring seamless experiences for attendees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection (if applicable), vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop event timelines, project plans, and contingency strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate all promotional activities, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and email communications.
- Liaise with clients, speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure all event objectives are met.
- Oversee the execution of virtual events, managing platforms, technical aspects, and attendee engagement strategies.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare detailed reports on event success and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio showcasing successful events.
