As an Event Manager in the EMEA Events and Sponsorships Team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating high-profile conferences and events. You will collaborate with regional senior country officers and local stakeholders in EMEA to create impactful experiences for our clients. This role offers the chance to work on both individual and team projects, providing a platform to showcase your leadership and project management skills. You will be empowered to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that every event aligns with our high standards of quality and compliance. Job Responsibilities:

• Organize conferences and events from concept to completion.
• Act as the sole planner on some events and collaborate on larger projects.
• Manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers.
• Instruct and manage internal and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
• Support J.P. Morgan activity throughout EMEA.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align event strategies.
• Maintain quality and value standards.
