Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of various events, from small workshops to large-scale festivals and performances.

• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee logistics such as venue booking and supplier management.
• Liaise with artists, performers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
• Engage with attendees before, during, and after events to gather feedback and foster community.
• Track event success metrics and provide post-event reports to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination or event marketing, preferably within the Arts & Entertainment sector.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and digital marketing tools.
• A passion for the arts and a solid understanding of the event landscape in Cardiff and beyond.
