This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a vibrant, design-led hospitality environment where events, entertainment and guest experiences are at the heart of the offering.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional events across the hotel, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
Reporting into the senior Food & Beverage leadership team, the Events Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of events, from intimate private celebrations and corporate gatherings to high-profile lifestyle experiences.Working closely with F&B, wellness, guest experience and wider hotel teams, you will ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination and executionof all eventsacross the hotel.
- Translate event briefsinto detailed operationalplans, timelines andteam briefings.
- Work collaboratively withinternal departments andexternal partners todeliver exceptional experiences.
- Oversee event set-up, live operationsand post-eventreviews.
- Act as thekey operational pointof contact duringevents, ensuring servicestandards and guestexpectations are exceeded.
- Support the developmentof event processes, standards and bestpractices.
- Ensure all eventsoperatesafely, efficiently andin line withlicensing, compliance andbrand requirements.
- Coach and supportteams to deliveroutstanding service andattention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managingevents operations withina luxury hotel, lifestyle venue, restaurantgroup or premiumhospitality environment.
- Strong understanding ofdelivering high-endguest experiences andcomplex live events.
- Highly organised withexcellent attention todetail and theability to managemultiplepriorities.
- A confident leaderwho can inspireteams and remaincalm under pressure.
- Commercially aware witha passion forcreating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communicationskills with theability to buildstrongrelationships across alllevels.
