Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection and setup to catering and technical requirements.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to define event objectives and ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee on-site event operations, managing staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and implement event safety and security plans, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and identifying areas for future improvement.
- Coordinate event marketing and communication efforts as required.
