Event Staffing & People Operations Partner

Aramark UK is hiring a People Operations Partner to join a fast-paced stadium environment, coordinating workforce planning, staffing logistics and employee support for matchday and non-matchday events.

You will work with operational leaders to ensure events are resourced with the right people at the right time, overseeing onboarding, scheduling, attendance and staff communications, while maintaining a positive employee experience across a world-class venue.
