Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, ensuring they run smoothly and within budget.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments (catering, AV, venue staff) to ensure all logistical needs are met.
• Develop event timelines, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event financial reconciliation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or in a similar event management role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a live event setting.
