Events Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a vibrant and proactive Events Coordinator to manage and execute their fundraising and community events in Liverpool . This role is hands-on and requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure successful and impactful events that engage supporters and raise crucial funds. You will be responsible for all aspects of event management, from conceptualization and budgeting to logistical coordination and post-event evaluation. As an integral part of the team based in Liverpool , you will contribute directly to the charity's mission by creating memorable experiences for attendees and maximizing event outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of fundraising and awareness events, from small community gatherings to larger-scale functions.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing revenue generation.
• Source and liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and resources.
• Develop event marketing materials and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.

Requirements
