Events Fundraising Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic annual events fundraising plan to achieve ambitious income targets.

• Oversee event promotion and marketing to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
• Recruit, train, and manage event volunteers to assist with event delivery.
• Analyse event performance, gather feedback, and report on outcomes to inform future planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management and fundraising, ideally within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in planning and delivering profitable fundraising events.
• Excellent organisational, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
