Events Sales Office Coordinator — 12-Month Placement

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in September 2026. You’ll work mainly in the Sales Office turning enquiries into confirmed events, from first contact through to final details.

You’ll support the team with enquiries, create tailored proposals for conferences, meetings, weddings and social events, input bookings, keep records up to date, and rotate through Events Operations to see the delivery on the day.
