Maritime Academy are expandingand are establishing a dedicated team of Exam Invigilators tosupport our students during examination periods. Our Exam Invigilators play avital role in ensuring examinations are conducted fairly, efficiently, and inaccordance with regulations.

Successful candidates willassist with:

• Setting up examination venues
• Checking and organising examination packs
• Assisting candidates before and duringexams
• Actively invigilating during examinations
• Checking attendance and recordingrelevant information accurately

Exam Invigilators help maintainthe integrity of the examination process while creating a calm and supportiveenvironment in which students can perform at their best. Goodwritten and verbal communication skills are essential, along with attention todetail and reliability.

This is a casual position, withhours varying between 8:00am and 5:30pm during busy exam periods. Exam sessionscan last up to three hours, and invigilation duties may extend to approximatelyfour hours in some cases.

All successful applicants willbe required to attend a training session, where full training for the role willbe provided.

Thisrole would particularly suit someone who is reliable and looking for flexible,term-time work.
