Execution Research Lead: Quant Trader (Crypto)

Durlston Partners is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to spearhead its execution research function in London. You will be the first dedicated hire in this area and shape execution strategies and infrastructure.

You will lead research efforts to develop and optimize order execution, build market impact models, and work with other researchers to drive initiatives. Crypto trading context adds a frontier element to the role.
