Executive, Administration & Management Support

Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials and agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Compile and analyse data, and prepare reports, presentations and other management documents.

Support the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects.

Track project timelines, milestones, tasks and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates.

Coordinate resources, deadlines and administrative requirements across various projects and initiatives.

Support procurement processes, including obtaining quotations, processing requisitions and coordinating invoices for payment.

Manage departmental expense claims, correspondence, records and documentation.

Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, events, work schedules and appointments.

Assist with overseas travel arrangements and itinerary planning.

Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, document preparation and record keeping.

Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
