Our client is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management in Bradford . Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars and appointment schedules for executives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as requested.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional relationships .
Requirements
- Significant experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
