Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for C-level executives, prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and prioritize communications, acting as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records with meticulous accuracy.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and other executive support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar senior support role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expert knowledge of virtual collaboration tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems in a remote setting.
