Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, agendas, and other critical business documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and ensure its security.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications effectively.
- Organise and coordinate executive events, conferences, and board meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries for executive review.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Experience in managing complex travel itineraries and international logistics.
