About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly competent and discreet Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within their Glasgow operations. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks with efficiency and confidentiality. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of executive functions, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and serving as a trusted point of contact, contributing significantly to the effectiveness of the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for senior executives.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as a primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication flow.
- Organise and manage confidential files and records, ensuring efficient retrieval and secure storage.
- Plan and coordinate executive events, meetings, and off-site gatherings.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Executive Administrator , Senior Administrator, or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in a demanding environment.
