Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Administrator to support senior leadership within their organisation in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive functions, managing complex schedules, communications, and travel arrangements. You will be a key point of contact, providing professional and confidential support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for executives.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail, acting as a gatekeeper.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organise and manage executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or similar high-level support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a high degree of professionalism.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
