Executive & Board Hiring Leader

Monzo is seeking a Director of Board & Executive Hiring to lead the recruitment of Monzo's most senior leaders. You will partner with the Board, Executive Committee and senior People leaders to build leadership teams that will drive growth and strategic execution.

You’ll shape hiring plans, succession strategies and executive talent pipelines, coaching a lean team. This role is based in London with relocation and visa sponsorship available.
