What you'll be doing
You'll provide high-level Executive and Personal Assistant support to the Executive Team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Responsibilities will include:
Managing busy executive diaries and coordinating appointments
Organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and meeting packs
Taking minutes and following up on actions to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Booking UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
Processing executive expenses accurately and on time
Preparing presentations, reports and business documents
Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders
Coordinating projects, events and executive activities
Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Providing additional administrative support across the wider business when required
What I’m looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves organisation and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Experience managing complex diaries and multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Experience arranging travel and managing expenses
Great attention to detail
The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business
