About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly competent and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management in Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK . This is a vital, on-site role requiring a proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at anticipating needs, managing confidential information, and ensuring the smooth running of executive operations within a busy corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex diaries and calendars for senior executives, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls, responding professionally on behalf of executives.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from executive meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and visa applications.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is highly preferred.
