About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly efficient and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior executive in their Leeds office. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex logistics seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing an executive's schedule, coordinating travel, preparing essential documentation, and acting as a gatekeeper for communication. This is a critical position that requires absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail, contributing directly to the executive's effectiveness and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and meticulously organise the executive's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and handling inquiries with professionalism and tact.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality in Leeds .
