About the Role
Our client requires a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management in their Manchester office. This is a demanding role requiring exceptional organisational skills, foresight, and the ability to anticipate needs. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle confidential information with the utmost care. The successful candidate will be a key enabler, allowing executives to focus on strategic objectives by expertly managing their administrative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex and often competing executive calendars and travel itineraries.
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, on behalf of executives.
- Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and take minutes for board meetings and executive team gatherings.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as requested by executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Significant proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in project coordination and event planning is highly desirable.
