Executive Director of Asset Management and Regeneration

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering our long-term asset management, building safety, compliance, sustainability and regeneration strategies, ensuring our homes remain safe, sustainable and fit for the future.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse property portfolio, oversee significant investment and regeneration programmes, and act as the executive lead for building safety and statutory compliance. You will work closely with the Board, residents, regulators and key partners to drive innovation, improve resident outcomes and deliver lasting value for our communities.
