Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for multiple executives, ensuring efficient use of their time.
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining accuracy and a high standard of quality.
- Act as a primary point of contact for executives, filtering communications and prioritizing inquiries.
- Coordinate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Support the executives in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required, working effectively in a virtual setting.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Office Administrator , supporting senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks in a remote environment.
