Are you an experienced Executive PA, EA or Senior Administrator looking for your next opportunity in central London?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders within a prestigious professional organisation.
Location: Threadneedle Street, London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – approximately 50% office attendance per month
Rate: £27.15 per hour
Contract: Until 4 March 2027
Hours: Full-time
Clearance: SC required

The Opportunity
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring senior leaders are fully supported and able to operate effectively.
You will be trusted to manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and events, handle sensitive correspondence and information, and ensure actions and follow-ups are completed efficiently.
The role requires someone who is discreet, proactive, organised and confident working independently, while also being a collaborative member of a wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality executive PA, administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders.
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, correspondence and competing priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and events from start to finish.
- Prepare meeting documentation and take accurate minutes where required.
- Track actions and ensure agreed follow-ups are completed.
- Maintain effective filing, document-management and administrative systems.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support office moves, desk allocation and other administrative projects.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and provide cross-cover when required.
- Use initiative and sound judgement when managing day-to-day responsibilities.
What We're Looking For

You should have:
- Proven experience supporting senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong diary and inbox management experience.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience coordinating complex meetings, events and administrative activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently.
- Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, dependable and collaborative approach.
Experience within a financial services, professional services, corporate or regulated environment would be advantageous.
