Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and intelligence gathering for executive search assignments.
• Execute full-cycle executive searches, including candidate identification, assessment, and client presentation.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across various industries.
• Manage complex client engagements, providing expert advice and ensuring successful placement outcomes.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new executive search mandates.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the executive search team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the C-suite and board level, with a strong understanding of senior leadership roles.
• Exceptional networking, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in market analysis and business development within the executive search domain.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a highly ethical approach to recruitment.
• Familiarity with the business landscape in Devon and the South West region is advantageous.
